If you teach or create educational content, sharing your materials in a clear and structured way can be challenging. I’ve been using a simple workflow that makes this much easier.
I share my study notes with a single link, and I can choose to add a password or restrict access to specific users.
This works well for classes, small tutoring groups, or paid subscribers who should have exclusive access to certain study materials.
Once students open the link—either by entering the password or accessing it directly if they are on the allowed list—they can immediately start learning. Keepmind automatically converts the notes into flashcards, quizzes, and a mind map, giving students multiple ways to review the material without installing an app or creating an account.
This workflow has saved me a lot of time and made sharing structured study content much more efficient. It’s a practical upgrade for anyone who teaches, mentors, or publishes educational material online.
