I Don’t Want More Apps. I Want Fewer Decisions

I don’t feel overwhelmed because I lack tools. I feel overwhelmed because I have too many decisions to make before I even start.

Where should this note go? Should I turn it into flashcards now or later? Is this something I save, rewrite, or just forget about? Small decisions add up quickly.

At some point, I realized I didn’t need another app. I needed a simpler default.

Now, when I take notes or collect information, I drop everything into Keepmind. From the same notes, I get flashcards, quizzes, and a mind map without having to decide what to do next.

That’s the part that matters to me. Fewer choices. Less switching. Less setup. I can focus on learning instead of managing tools.

I don’t want more apps. I want fewer decisions. And a system that stays out of the way.
